Cast Iron Solid Bars
DESCRIPTION:
This grade has comparatively high tensile strength, and will not need additional heat treatment. It refers to a group of iron alloys that have a high percentage of carbon (> 2 %) and silicon (> 1.5 %) as well as e.g. manganese, chrome or nickel.
APPLICATION:
- Machine parts.
- Drive wheels.
- Folds and bearings.
- Pistons, molds, dies, bearings, cams, bushes and gears.
